Great Desk Staff, Great Location,...

Liked: Staff and location was great.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the room we were given had not been cleaned at all. We were, however, moved to a room next door. Also, the hide-a-bed was not acceptable for adult guests. It was uncomfortable and very small.

Liked: We’ve stayed here multiple times no complaints until this last visit as we were greeted by roaches in the room. We had an additional guest since the hotel offers a pull out in the living room. Boy were we surprised by the looks of that mattress not once, but twice. We were moved to a different room since the first one was infested with roaches and the pull out in the second room was just as gross. I was mortified to even let my guest sleep on that.
Disliked: The infestation is real. I was skeptical about coming back since reviews kept talking about roaches. We had never had a bad experience in the past but this time it was bad. Pull out couches are disgusting.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Do not stay. Old and out dated. We booked two rooms and both had the problems. One room had cockroaches. The other room the AC didn’t work right when you took a shower the roof flooded. Talk to management got told there’s nothing we can do. We are booked when I asked about a discount got told if I didn’t like staying there I could pack up and leave.
