Terrible decision ever made!

Liked: Close to knotts which was the intention of our stay.
Disliked: Nothing worked. Staff was not helpful and I was not given accurate information regarding check out times.

Disliked: The Odor was so bad smells like mildew and the nightstand drawers kept opening by themselves I trip on it the middle of the night I brought it to there attention but they didn’t seem to care

Disliked: The air conditioning was broken we stayed there from Sunday to Friday and we weren’t changed to a different room until Thursday. I was told I would be refunded 20% of the bill but still have not received any money back. Also the pool was shut down our second day there due to poor water quality.

Convenient location to visit Knott's...

Liked: We stayed here for two nights when visiting Knott's Berry Farm due to it's close proximity. The location was great for a leisurely walk to the funpark (10 min) in the morning and back in the evening, avoiding the need to drive and park.
Disliked: The accommodation is very run down. The room was reasonably clean but worse for wear. We are a family of five and needed to make use of the sofa bed, which was in a terrible state and almost unusable, very uncomfortable. The pool area looks great on the photos but has seen better days.

Liked: The floor is super dirty and my 1-year-old daughter ended up with extremely dirty feet. I asked them to clean the floor and they didn't even come to do room service. the cleaning is very bad.
Disliked: The hotel es very nice and spacious

Disliked: The room smelled and had water damage The phone in the room was broken The bathroom power outlet had no power/electricity
