Horrible and a nightmare. This...

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Do not stay. Old and out dated. We booked two rooms and both had the problems. One room had cockroaches. The other room the AC didn’t work right when you took a shower the roof flooded. Talk to management got told there’s nothing we can do. We are booked when I asked about a discount got told if I didn’t like staying there I could pack up and leave.

Overall the stay was decent

Disliked: The beds very lumpy and sheets smelled bad, room was still messy, mini fridge dirty microwave smelled bad and still old food residue left inside coffee maker did not work properly

Liked: The front desk that checked us in was nice
Disliked: The manager Emanuel c is the worst manager by far in the industry. He is completely rude and if I were the owner I would fire him and get a manager in place that actually cares about the guests and the property. The property has so much potential If you had the right manager in place.

Manager Emanuel C should be...

Disliked: the property manager is completely unprofessional and the most rudest manager I have ever encountered in both my career and guest. If you complain or ask for things to be fixed in the property he tells you to leave or he will call the cops on you. He is not approachable about anything and cannot address any issues or concerns that you may have about your room . Called for maintenance for a non flushing toilet and could not get someone to fix it the whole time.
