Do not stay at this...
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The entire building was heavily infested with cockroaches. The elevator smelled like putrid urine. The floors were coated with something sticky. But the worst factor was the roaches in the halls, room, elevator and entry way.

Bad
Liked: The only value that place has is the young man that checked me in. He was kind and courteous. I was robbed of all of my belongings earlier that night. I had to check in after 2:00 am. His care and concern was stellar.
Disliked: The place smelled of commercial grade disenfectant. The outside entrance had people begging for money that were not guests. The exit door next to my room was screwed shut and the place itself looks tired and unkept. The room looked like a bunker.

To summit it up, it...
Liked: Walking distance from Truist Park
Disliked: > This property is in a fantastic location, but its potential is completely wasted. The entire establishment feels unkempt and poorly managed, as if the owners are completely in over their heads.> My experience was far from ideal. The presence of unhoused people was a constant issue at the front and side of the property. I also noticed a significant pest control problem. It appears there was an attempt at reconstruction on part of the property, but it was just stopped, leaving an eyesore.> The room itself had major issues. The shower had a shocking hole in the wall that looked straight into the hallway. The ice machine was filthy, the toilet ran all night, and the shower curtains were grimy with rust and filth.> Given its condition, I believe the property should be sold to someone who can truly take care of it and utilize its prime location.> Both of these options communicate your points effectively, but the second one is a little more descriptive. You can choose whichever feels best for the platform you're using.
