It's disappointing, not worth 20...

Liked: I stayed 2 nights. The 1st night no a/c and later that night no hot water which ended being without throughout the stay. Went to the front desk on all issues. The gal there claimed to be asst. The manager was so horrible she had no people skills she had no solution. 2nd night, they finally moved me rooms with the idea the hot water was going to be on soon. Well, long story short, I asked for a refund for 1 night. I thought that was fair. I couldn't get the manager to call me back. The asst. Manager was 0 help. I will never stay again. Not to mention that going through booking.com was ten dollars more than going up to the front desk.
Disliked: Asst manager. She was no help she was rude. I would've. She has no business being in a customer service type job.

Liked: The hotel offers ice machines, snack machines and a drink machine. The snack machine accepts card, but the drink machine is cash/coins only. There is also a laundry facility on site for a charge (coins only). The double room has a microwave and fridge and central heat & air- all excellent conveniences for short or long stays. The beds and pillows were rather comfortable. There are plenty of charging outlets throughout the room. The flat screen tv was smaller than it looks in pictures, but it wasn’t terribly small. The bathroom had several towels, two small packets of soap and two packets of shampoo/conditioner combo. The bathroom also consisted of a stand up shower with good water pressure and decent water temperature (depending on your desired temp).Ample parking at the office and near the rooms. No charge for parking. My experience was no deposit charged at check-in. However, I don’t know if that is because I paid in advance with my card or if they just do not charge one. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, with great customer service.
Disliked: A few bugs were noticed in the bathroom. They did look like roaches, but they scurried quick (as did I!), so I didn’t get a good look at exactly what they were. If you prefer a hot shower, then this would be a disappointment. The water was warm (fine for my kids), but turned all the way up it still never got anything resembling hot. Same for the sink when washing our hands. There is no bathtub in this room, which can be frustrating for younger children and some adults. The blankets on the beds weren’t comfortable. They’re the older style blankets, a tad thick and scratchy. The cylinder “lock” for the door at the top was broken. There was no latch for it. Many tv channels were unavailable. The larger “dresser drawers” was actually a swinging open door that had nothing inside. It’s actually dangerous for young children as they can open the door and climb in where there are tons of cords just hanging.The hotel offers a nice-sized pool in an enclosed area with many tables and chairs. Unfortunately, even in 98° weather, the pool water was freezing, so our family could not enjoy it. Overall, the hotel fits the “budget” criteria. It is decently affordable but with little amenities. I wouldn’t recommend for longer than maybe a night or two for a single person or a couple. I wouldn’t recommend for families.
