Disguising facilities and faculty.

Liked: I checked in around 6:30 PM and promptly went to sleep. I was awoken a couple of hours later to bites and a bed bug crawling on the bed. I recorded a video of this and went straight to the front office. The receptionist offered no apology, he claimed that they had just had another guest stay in there and seemed to imply that the room had not yet been cleaned. He then gave me a new room while stressing that they did not offer refunds and pointed to the "no refunds" sign on their reception desk window. The second room had a dead bug lodged in the bathroom wall. I did not sleep in the new room, opting to go wash all of my clothes in a laundromat instead and then rest in my car. I came back the following morning and showed the receptionist the dead bug in the second room. While checking out, the faculty accused me of lying a day after acknowledging the bugs in their facility, and claimed I must have gotten them tracked in from another location. I have recording of all of this. The rooms do not look like the Booking.com listings and the staff is extremely aggressive. They seem to be a family owned franchise. After the receptionist accused me of lying I started to record the interaction because it became so bizarre. The manager then stepped out and threatened to sue me for recording her aggressive behavior. Their behavior was outrageous and the facilities are a health violation.Booking.com does not seem to have a video upload function. I have attached stills from the captured videos, of the bed bugs, dead bugs, fecal covered bathroom radiators, and of the manager threatening me. I have the videos saved and will gladly send them to any interested parties.
Disliked: Everything. The facilities were filthy, the staff was rude, and aggressive. The hotel was a complete waste of money. I did not sleep in the room and promptly left. Booking.com should not allow this hotel to advertise their services.

Disliked: When I arrived front desk, they said rooms are sold out and did not honor my booking. Booking.com tried to reach out to them but they did not answer. There was no confirmation ahead of my arrival that rooms are not available, I would have planned other hotel. I had to stay at parking lot for an hour until Booking.com arrange me other hotelVery Bad Service

Liked: Very convenient exit and entrance to the Penn I-70 interstate. Small parking lot next to the rooms. This is an older single story hotel, and the room was clean and maintained. Room has microwave, fridge, wi-fi, and plenty of electrical outlets. The management is friendly. For traveling and just needing a clean safe place for the night this hotel at a lower price fit the book. Don't let the first look turn you off. For a good nights stay while traveling it was great.
Disliked: While this is an older single story hotel and the room was clean and maintained, there was no in-room coffee pot. Even the hotel office did not provide coffee or any breakfast items. This small hotel did not have an ice machine.
