Great room and value with...

Liked: The staff of this motel were very friendly, and the owner obviously takes great pride in his business plus the quality and maintenance of the property. It is an exceptional value compared to other accommodations in the area.
Disliked: The air-conditioning unit was a bit louder than we'd prefer ... but that seems to be the case with all in-room units, with only central systems being quieter. We just turned it off while we were sleeping.

Liked: Very good value for money. The room/bathroom was clean, newly renovated, all was excellent, all positive comments.

Liked: Friendly and accommodating staff. Super clean and comfortable bed. No noise from other rooms.
Disliked: Only 2 items or room for improvements to note;1) The air/heating unit is so loud as it close to the bed that it woke me up very frequently through the night so I didn't get the sleep I was hoping for.2) Pillows were not to my liking.Hope these 2 mentions do not detract from my overall opinion of the place but they were 2 important components for getting a good sleep/rest.
