Disliked: My question was a later check out and my question was left with no answer I asked in person and rudely answered no we don’t have any but then online it has a room just like this available and has 3 of them

Disappointing

Liked: Room was newly renovated.
Disliked: There was a problem with the sink being clogged. They did come to work on it but when we got back it was completely clogged with 8 in of water and some other brown murky stuff. When I went and talked to the person on duty they told us that they couldn't fix it and that they couldn't move us because all of the rooms had been reserved. The only problem was that is that I got on to booking.com and could have booked a room for that night so they weren't reserved they just refused to move us. For that reason I would not stay here again because I don't believe that they actually care about their guests.

Liked: I absolutely love the room very comfortable very clean very accommodating I've been here before a few years back and they have remodel their rooms it looks great
Disliked: Wallet I requested a smoking room and they do not have smoking room but that's about it I plan on staying a few more days I'm in the process of moving so I sent you a couple other hotels but I think this has been the best one

Liked: I like the parking it’s spacious and its a nice little area and near a few stores and the bed is comfortable and the rooms are a bit small but for a affordable room its good.
Disliked: It was not clean properly there were sticky residue on the table and there was no plastic liner in the shower so water spilled out and there were a few hairs and marks in the bedsheets.
