Nice stay you get what...

Liked: Overall a Pleasant Stay – Would ReturnI’d stay here again! The room was spacious and clean, with a huge, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. It came equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, TV, and both heating and air conditioning, which made the stay even more comfortable. The bathroom was well-kept, featuring both a bath and shower, with soap provided.
Disliked: However, the surrounding area felt a bit dodgy, and the main entrance door to the building wasn’t working properly—meaning anyone could access the communal areas. Thankfully, my room door had multiple locks, which made me feel more secure. There were also vending machines inside the building, which was convenient.Overall, a good stay, but guest safety should be more of a priority, especially when it comes to securing the building entrance.

Liked: Not much to like about the property
Disliked: Me and my wife were itching all night some kind of bugs on bed.I didnt feel safe at that location to much walk around motel parking lot and when i woke up in the morning we found someone sleeping on floor at the hallway.The place is really getto .

Liked: I was enthused at the price and location was great. However
Disliked: the issues, multiple charges, misleading information from the website as well as the employee at the front desk of Budget inn hotel located in Oxon Hill French avenue and multiple charges on the same card is utterly disappointing and downright wrong dealing and abusing customers otherwise from your website to booking.com as well as the budget and front desk employees. I feel and so better yet I know that I have been taking advantage of with my fiance as well due to his car being used for this stay Resurrection booking etc I would like the resolution in a solution to this problem this abuse from both sides to be rectified in to be attended officially in productively as well as any very well very well timely manner.

Liked: air conditioner worked decently. fridge was decently cold. bathroom was clean. staff was nice
Disliked: none of the vending machines worked and they were sold out. ice machine didn't work. the side door wasnt locked so anybody could come in or out. hardly any outlets in the room. hotel seems to be in a bad area
