Don't stay here if you...

Disliked: The breakfast no longer exists. The room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. There were bugs in the room we had to kill. There is a stain on the bathroom floor that looks questionable. We didn't get under the covers due to concerns of cleanliness based on the rest of the room. The rooms didn't have a coffee maker, sofa, or breakfast as stated in the listing. This made it difficult to sleep 7 people between the 2 rooms. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who wants a good night of sleep.

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property ! The pictures i viewed on line for my room didn’t match the room once i got there. It was going on 11:00pm and the lady in the front desk wanted to argue me down about the 3rd party app i used instead of trying to work something else out with me. With it being that late and having small children after being on the road for 3 hours arguing is NOT how i wanted to start my kids weekend off! The lady in the front desk wanted to blame the 3rd party app i used to book and was very NONCHALANT about it. After her only wanting to comment what Booking should have done i decided to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else.
Disliked: I didn’t like how there was someone working at the front desk who couldn’t assist with my concern and even if she could she made NO EFFORT to see what more could be done to help accommodate my needs for the stay. Even after asking for a manager, the lady stood there strolling on her phone. With cameras being in the hotel you should be able to see me constantly look up at her as she strolls on her phone while i asked for a manager or someone in charge. All she wanted was to see my confirmation number and kept telling me to contact Booking.

Liked: Step into the lobby a bad smell would greet you and the elevator is not in good condition and smells like dog pee inside.It was dirty ,I decided not to stay even though i checked in but checked out after few minutes because i cannot stand the filthy smell and was charged for one night

An absolute travesty of a...

Liked: Not much, honestly.
Disliked: My goodness. Where do I start? For starters, this place had ROACHES. Not common American roaches, but GERMAN roaches. I killed a total of 7 roaches and, quite frankly, I'm a little concerned about them having gotten into my luggage. The beds were not only dirty, but BARELY comfortable. The bathroom had a hole above the toilet. The room smelled. And to top it off, you had kids running around outside from 12:00 AM to nearly 2:00 AM.Honestly, hands down, the worst lodging experience that I have EVER experienced. Stay far, FAR away from this place. And when I brought it up to the front desk, they said, "we try to put the powder to kill roaches. But unfortunately, there will be no sort of refund."Like, what??? At least list "ROACHES" as part of the amenities, so people know what to expect.
