Disliked: Cockraches in room. Very dirty; room stunk; no coffee available in the morning and homeless people hanging around lot and rooms.

The staff was great, the room was good and the bed was comfortable. It would have been more helpful if the staff had advised us of how to turn on the air conditioner. When we checked in, we were not told of the continental breakfast. We did not find out until we were checking out. The soap was so tiny that it was not good to take a shower or bath with - we had to get more soap from the front desk. It would also be nice if they provided shower caps for people who forgot to bring one. Overall the stay was pleasant but would be better if things were upgraded.

It was a seedy place to stay. Empty crack bags outside,and pool was full of dead bugs.When staff came to clean room next morning, bed was made but sheets were not changed. Would not choose this place again.

Disliked: they say that there was free wi fi and it wasn't hooked up properly. There was no extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to ask for some. It smelled funny. When we used the microwave,which was plugged into the same outlet as the TV and fridge, the power blew out.

Never stay at this hotel...

Liked: Location was convenient. The bed was comfortable and apperaed clean.
Disliked: No mirrors anywhere in the room or bathroom. One cloth covered chair in the room and it had visible stains and looked filthy. Not TV information in room or on TV showing any kind of gude to the channels. A/C controls very high over a shelf and could not be reached without standing on the filthy chair. Room only had bar soap provided and only one set of towels. Outside of the building and inside are in need of major renovation.

Disliked: the room dirty a lot humidity , the towels were dirty only 2 towels for 4 persons ,there was mold on the toilet, on the walls by the ac unit one of the beds was damage. The 2nd night when we got back to the hotel we did not had a rooms they check us out a day in advance, then they give us 2 more room after a while. the next morning they was nobody there to give us $100 deposit they required in cash because they told us we have to wait for management until 9 am for then to open the safety. We left could"n wait had to be in other place at 9 am , The deposit was never returned.Very disappointed.
