Liked: The location is very close to Stanford Hospital.
Disliked: The staff was argumentative and rude. The room was old and in need of repair. The room did not even have a coffee pot. They did not make any accomodations for mobility restricted guests.

Bad

Liked: The customer service was awful and the hotel manager was very argumentative.
Disliked: Customer service and the room.

Liked: The location was very close to Stanford where my grandmother was hospitalized.
Disliked: The customer service was awful to include arguing. In addition, the rooms are old with mold in the bathroom. There are not even any coffee pots in the rooms.

Disliked: No hair dryer,no coffee maker.Still a decent place.

Disliked: no coffee or coffee maker in the roo.m. had to leave the motel to get coffee

Disliked: Bathroom needs upgrade. Requested handicap room but none available. Pillows could be firmer.
