Liked: The price and I actually would like half of the money back due to the nastiness.
Disliked: Had not been cleaned, had roaches, and termite wings all over the beds. No proper towels and nothing had been wiped down.

Liked: We refused to stay at the Budget Inn Avon Park because we feared for our safety. We requested a refund and it was denied. They did tell us that Booking.com would give us a refund.
Disliked: The hotel appeared to be a front for selling drugs or promoting prostitution. It was hard to find because There were no lights on the front . But if you went around the side/back there were many people outside in the parking lot exchanging money. Many cars pulling up and people running over to the drivers side of the cars. My husband went to the desk and requested a refund because this was not some place we would feel safe staying. After my husband complained to no avail the front light were suddenly turned on. The refused to give us a refund but told us Booking.com would give us a refund. This establishment should probably be reported to the Avon Police. We did not stay at The Budget Inn of Avon Park because we feared for our safety .

Disliked: Dirty towels , even I ask for another set those were dirty as well we had to leave a day early , the bed cover stained , I bought a comforter just to be able to pass that one night, we have it booked for 2 nights but I couldn’t take it anymore.
