Budget Inn Malvern

Great value for the money...

Liked: For the price and a place to rest your head, it's a great value. Being right on a main road, it felt secure, despite the outside looking a bit...run down. I liked that I was able to have an early check-in--I took a train into Malvern at 4AM and the front desk is basically staffed 24/7. However, I did have to pay a $20 early check-in fee. All in all, the place does seem to take cutomers' feedback earnestly and I enjoyed having a place to stay for one night until my hotel room in Hot Springs was ready the next day.
Disliked: The early check-in fee was a bit irksome, but a small price to pay for not being on the street. Also, there's a small list of rules on the office counter, one of which is "no guests." I wasn't sure if this meant no visitors, or no overnight guests, which made me feel like I was breaking some kind of rule for having a guest over during the day.
