Liked: Easy to book, check in, and find the room. It wasn't hard to find the location of the inn! The room was fairly clean and the temperature was comfortable, it was nice that it felt, actually, a tad nippley in there; at 72°f. They didn't try charging me for a service dog, which is ILLEGAL to charge for anyway.
Disliked: 1. A/C filters-dirty (I cleaned!. (I moved stuff)3. The TV was easy to operate, except that the inputs weren't easy at all to access 4. The bathroom was the size of a children's closet(3' Xi 15ft)

Liked: Very helpfull staff, quite good room. Motel is close to a highway, but it doesn't bother at night

Disliked: The lock on the door wasn't secure, couldn't lock it at all, the room had dead insects and spiders webs. The room visibly was dirty, dust everywhere, the bedding was dirty and we were scared to even lie down. We were there for 15 minuted and had to move out and find another hotel in the middle of the night. We smelled like cigarettes after this. We texted the app and asked for a refund, but were ignored.
