Liked: Location is very good. Near to the beach and the Ocean drive street
Disliked: Wifi was slow inside the bedroom.

They need to upgrade everything.Set...

Disliked: There was a bathroom sink in the kitchen that was cracked. The pots were in bad shape.When you washed it residue from the pot came off. The t v in the living room buffered on every station. The TV in the bedroom had no remote.I asked for one.It came the next day he brought 11 remotes with him.None of them worked. It also had sparkles on the t.V not a good reception. The flooring in the bedroom is unleveled and I felt into the wall.

Overall I enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Great location and convenient to several restaurants and bars. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed my stay. I will book again for another vacation.
Disliked: An airport shuttle would be nice to assist with arrivals and departures to the hotel. Maybe it could be considered by upper management and corporate.

Disliked: After checkout I was charged for bar items that I did not take. What makes this more annoying to me is that on checkout I asked them to check the bar items but they said it was fine but then charged me erroneously anyway.

Liked: Great staff, let us check in early that’s always good , no complaints

Liked: It was Ok, I probably wouldn’t stay there again I just don’t like the way the hotel is set up no real lobby, the facilities were old, ie elevator, faucets, no phone in the room!!! Again ok for a couple days but won’t be going back

Exceptional

Liked: Ms. Blanca and her entire team are incredibly polite, professional and accommodating.They made sure all of my needs were met and extended themselves over and above.I will definitely stay with them again...soon!
