Liked: Everything!The location, everything was nearby. The cleanliness, the comfort, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when I needed a toothbrush. The towels smelled fresh and the shower felt wonderful. The mini fridge was clean and working. TV has great channels. We plan on returning and know where we will be staying! Thank you!

Clean place but overpriced for...

Liked: Pretty good location that is a reasonable walking distance to the downtown area. Firm beds. Pleasant staff. Overall, a very clean room.
Disliked: Poor amenities. No secondary window coverings (blackouts only). Polyester pillows and the typical small rough towels at 2-star palaces. Prices absurdly inflated for NAU graduation.

Liked: There was no breakfast, the location was good for the purpose of my visit.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that because it was Graduation time, most hotels inflate their prices for that time, when in reality they won't charge that rate on any other regular date. Way too much. We didn't have breakfast at this location it was nit offered.
