'Budget' Inn really is what...

Liked: The location is approx. 7 minutes from the metro, the staff was very nice and house keeping did come through.
Disliked: There was a hand print on the bathroom mirror, the TV displayed an error code, my best friend found a couple hairs behind her bed and it did have a strange smell - we were in a non-smoking room.
