Liked: It was so bad I never checked in. I called and asked for a refund. I never heard back. I would not send my dog here!

Liked: Property was nice, clean, room was spacious.
Disliked: Staff was short, not willing to answer simple questions like good places to eat or shop. Got offended when we asked what time checkout was?

Liked: It was clean and quiet, and the staff was very nice
Disliked: There is not enough sugar for my coffee, lol. But no big deal.

Don't keep a staff member...

Liked: I liked that it was in a decent part of town
Disliked: A staff member harassing guests when they leave the hotel constantly and finding out we're not the first ones to be done that way.
