Superb

Liked: John is exceptionally available and concerned that everything is just right. I needed inexpensive lodging on a weekend every other hotel was tripling their price. Budget Inn was the best value.
Disliked: I have no complaints.

Friendly manager and good location.

Liked: Manager was very helpful and friendly. Good location - walkable to restaurants, market, coffee, brew houses. Accepts dogs.
Disliked: AC wasn't clean. A bit expensive for a budget motel. $100+ one night ( including taxes and dog fee).

Great price, good comfort and...

Liked: Great price and conveniently located near all the events we went to. A few minutes down the road is downtown for a good shopping trip or a bit farther up the road is Durango Hot Springs for some outdoor relaxation time!
