Disliked: We got their and we waited an hour nobody was their wouldn’t come to the door and it’s really in a bad area, also need to update their pictures looks nothing like online says

Liked: Location was close to where we needed it to be.
Disliked: The rooms are definitely outdated. Our feet were black from the dirt on the floor. Inside definitely needs painting done. There was no coffee made in the office til almost 10am.

Passable

Liked: Tha staff was friendly and knowledgeable
Disliked: My minifridge didn't work and there was only one electrical socket that worked

Liked: I love the people that worked there. They were very nice and helpful
Disliked: Someone could look in the window and at the mirror and see everything. The bathroom needs to be cleaned more in the water drain. Water went on the floor when you shower.

Liked: Close to where we had to be.
Disliked: Everything else, no coffee, no continental breakfast or anything,pool was filthy and closed, didn’t have the room we booked and was confirmed as having, son-in-law’s new truck was hit in parking lot and staff was not very helpful.
