Amazing people, great location, lovely...

Liked: The room was very clean and smelled nice! It is right along a pretty canal that runs through the city and close to stores and food as well. Kunal and his mother and father are the most hospitable, respectful owners. They are happy to accommodate within reason and have made our stay most pleasant!!!

Excellent value

Liked: Easy access off main highway. Nice trail and river right behind hotel. Fast food and gas stations right next to hotel. Good WiFi. Very comfortable king bed. Parking right outside of room.
Disliked: $30 fee for small dog. Would have been nice to list it so I knew the price when booking. We were downstairs and we could hear the person above us walking around all night.

Great stay, would come again

Liked: The man that checked me in was super nice and reassuring. Parking lot was getting paved so couldn’t park there but he made sure I got a safe good parking.
Disliked: parking lot under maintenance and the hotel door had to be slammed to actually lock

Good, clean option for a...

Liked: The family that owns the hotel and runs the office were very friendly and hospitable. They offered to let us put our freezer packs for the cooler in their freezer as there was not a freezer compartment in our room's refrigerator. I overheard them also offer to do another guest's laundry for them. This is truly a budget hotel and is fine for a one night stopover when traveling. Nothing fancy about it, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The hotel is located right on a busy road. There was a group of men who were staying there while doing some construction work who were hanging out in the parking lot socializing and drinking. The furnishings are very bare bones.
