Liked: This place is nothing fancy. It is clean, the people are nice, and the location is the best. Do not expect 5 star, or fancy. But relatively clean, warm, easy, good price, great location, it checks all those boxes.

Comfortable, clean, no frills place....

Liked: It was clean and location was great. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room I had wasn’t really being enough to have two queens, but they squeezed them in. You barely had room to walk past the second bed but you could walk by to get to the bathroom. The fridge fan rattled so loud that I had to unplug it to even relax. It is a bare minimum place, but very clean. For the cost, it worked.

Liked: The hotel is located in the very center, and the staff is polite. The area around the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The room had hot water, an iron, and a hairdryer.
Disliked: The bed was dirty and covered in stains. I believe the hotel owner could afford to provide proper clean bedding. There was dust on the bedside tables and lamps. Everything else was clean and had no unpleasant odors.

Disliked: The shower water pressure was pretty low. That’s really the only complaint we had.

Liked: Check in was a breeze and the owner was very nice. Bed was comfy, we slept so good. It was also very quiet. So close to everything at Stateline so we were able to walk to everything! Also got a voucher for $5 entry for lakeside beach (entry is $20 without that) per person!! Waking distance to there too!
