Simple but adequate, safe and...

Liked: Older place, but neat and tidy. The parking lot was very clean with no trash in yard. The staff were very nice and professional
Disliked: The county was working on the water leak so we did not have water in the morning - not the fault of the property owners - you could hear the train when we first got there but not during the night.

Great value!

Liked: Great value. Big room. TV, fridge, HVAC. Parking directly in front of the room. I'd stay again, for sure!
Disliked: The hotel is located outside town, so it's not convenient for walking. The mattress was a bit old and worn. Could use replacing soon.

A clean budget hotel (but...

Liked: While older and not updated recently, the owner and his family keep things clean. Also, surprisingly decent WiFi for such an inexpensive motel.It was about as much as I could hope for from a Budget Host Inn
Disliked: The freight trains. They go pretty much all night. I didn't sleep well at all, despite earplugs and a comfy bed. Nothing the owners can do about that, though.
