Very poor service

Liked: Had no hot water no towels our cups for coffee
Disliked: Nothing

We paid 276.00 to stay...

Liked: Not much
Disliked: The toilet did not flush well. No light working above the sink and tv did not work. The room ac’s never cooled down.

We left after a few...

Liked: It was conveniently located. The bed and chair were comfortable.
Disliked: I had reserved a room with 2 beds. I was provided a single queen bed. There was water on the counter, possibly a leak from recent rain in the area.

I would NEVER stay here...

Liked: Didn’t like anything. Wasn’t allowed in the office signed in and out through a tiny window. Trash was laying outside my door when we arrived. Room was dirty and old furnishings. Beds were hard . Sink took a long time to drain. We either had cold or hot water in shower. Only had half a roll of toilet paper on roll with no extra. Internet sucked. Rude staff!

I will never book here...

Liked: It was close to Bristol Motor Speedway
Disliked: Price way too much for the condition of the property even for a NASCAR race weekend. The bathroom door didn’t even latch.

WTH

Disliked: When we arrived no one was at the office. There was a sign that said to go to room *** for aassistance so i did. When I get there a lady answers the door looking crazy with a funny smelling smoke coming out. She ask if I had a reservation and they I would need to pay in cash. WTH I say " Oh I'm not paying cash i need the reservation canceled." The last called the owners, they came give us the key and there's a pillow misplaced on one of the beds and then they had no towels no wash clothes.
