Convenient location with amazing service...

Liked: This hotel is beautifully located right where the North Fork and South Fork split and really suitable for all kinds of day trips on Long Island. Parking is free and the staff is extremely helpful and really kind - it was truly a pleasure. We didn’t check out the pool, but would’ve loved to - it looked really good. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated, the infrastructure of the hotel very convenient. There are little barbecue stations, parking in front of all buildings and basics like Tylenol available in the lobby. The price was really good for the value and can’t be beat in the area!! 100% recommend, I will be back! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
Disliked: There was a bit of a problem with the keys one time as the door was stuck. But a security guard came to the rescue proactively after seeing us struggle on the cctv. Really helpful and quick fix to the problem!

Disappointed that Booking.com advertises properties...

Liked: I liked the location and thought it would be fine given it was on booking.com
Disliked: We couldn’t stay at it didn’t feel clean, comfortable or particularly safe. Other guests had their doors open and playing music etc. my daughter read some reviews on arrival and saw complaints of bed bugs as recently as 2 weeks before! We couldnt stay after that and would like a refund asap.

Liked: It was the only affordable hotel in the area
Disliked: The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. There was no carpet. The pillows were too big and firm. The mattress was way too soft. The highway noise was loud.
