Pleasant but way more TLC...

Liked: Perfect location, close to main attractions, Old Town and outlet shopping mallSpacious room. Great en-suite bathroom. Powerful shower and massive bath tub. Large TVGood breakfast
Disliked: Wedding anniversary. Staff clearly not read advanced email - had to ask for drinks.A few small spots of blood on sheets.Bed mattress has a thick topper which gets ridiculously hot after lying on it for a few minutes.Room service completely missed on first day - reason "sorry we are busy".In-room telephone not working. Reception aware but not concerned "most rooms don't work"LocalTaxes not explained at check-in. Hotel will take £200 deposit in lieu of these. Re-payment is very slow

Amazing, super location and excellent...

Liked: absolutely loved our stay at Buddah Bar. Big rooms, comfortable great amenities. Breakfast was healthy and fresh. Staff service at every encounter was excellent.
Disliked: We had a balcony off the room which we loved but the plants need TLC there were many dead plants in pots and would have been nice to have some cushions on the sofas outside as its a great place to sit on a nice day.

Liked: Great location, room decor, spacious bathroom with nice amenities. Good breakfast, lady staff at the breakfast was so lovely. Little chocolate box on arrivals and complimentary bottle of water.
Disliked: Staff was very unpleasant, found my room dusty, lampshades and frame above my bed was full of dust which we should not experience in 5 star hotel. Also dirty windows. Welcoming card in my room had a wrong name.on it
