Enjoyable 2 night stay

Liked: Lovely freshly cooked breakfast included. Beautiful location convenient for Sidmouth.The hosts were very nice people.
Disliked: I found the property difficult to find as postcode seems to cover a wide area. Some directions when booking would be useful.

Clean, comfortable room, excellent customer...

Liked: Clean, comfortable room and excellent breakfasts (good quality, ingredients and wonderfully presented). Great service from very pleasant husband and wife hosts. Impressive attention to detail and a special mention about the wifi signal, which was very strong, due to the thoughtful positioning of multiple wifi routers upstairs (a lot of places fall down on this)! We will return!

Liked: Bedroom was good. Garden lovely. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Bathroom shower had no pressure and could not be used (did advise the owner). Little off the main road down some very narrow lanes.

Perferct location for a quiet...

Liked: The location was ideal. Situated just outside, but within easy reach of Sidmouth. The farmhouse is in large grounds where you can sit and relax in the the quiet setting. The large room was very clean and comfortable with lovely views across the coutryside. The breakfast was amazing, and cooked to perfection. Sue and John were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Plenty of space to park your car as well. Definitely worth another visit.
Disliked: There's nothing we can say that we didn't like.

Lovely B&B with welcoming hosts.

Liked: Very friendly greeting, made to feel at home right from the start. Exceptional good breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs. Lovely surroundings and beautiful garden. Loved the little touches, like fresh flowers in the room, little bottle of fresh milk for tea and coffee and a mini fridge. Finally lovely hosts.....not forgetting the friendly dog.
