Liked: The room was well equipped, the bathroom was comfortable, and the bed is beyond comfortable!!!!
Disliked: GPS was off took some time finding the hotel. The place is being remodeled and there are two different hotels at the location. Some issues with timing at the front desk, but all concerns were met with courtesy and handled quickly.

Disliked: In the bed I have found bedbugs, the room number was 185, was shocked and wanted to run away but the receptionist pleased me to change the room to 180, I agreed, - 180 was free of bugs. Terrified place!

Liked: NOTHING!!!
Disliked: As soon as we entered, we felt uncomfortable. Shady characters loitering in the halls. Entire place reeks of Marijuana. The flip door lock didn't fit tight. Tried to get a look at the mattresses ( checking for bed bug infestation), but there were at least four mattress pads covering the mattress ( what are they hiding? ) Sheets and pillow cases were disgusting and stained. Bathroom walls had holes and writing on them. Nothing felt comfortable, clean, or SAFE. There was no way I was staying there with a 17 heart old daughter. We checked out IMMEDIATELY. I would request a complete refund. The lady at the desk was trying to process a refund, but it was taking a long time. She offered to give us back our cash security deposit and continue the refund. Told us that sometimes it takes a while, so we didn't have to stick around, but she will process a refund for both nights reserved. I guess we'll see.
