No Customer Service

Liked: Room was adequate.
Disliked: Staff were outside their capabilities. Location noisey with train track next to motel.

Served the purpose

Liked: Convenience of location for where we needed to go
Disliked: Very old, but kept clean. Uncomfortable seating, right by train station, but did provide ear plugs. Bed averagely comfortable - electric blanket in position so plugs stuck into our back and sides

Very noisy motel next to...

Liked: Easy to get to, great little park with eels just a short walk away
Disliked: Room was only 20m away from the railway line and when trains went past the whole room shook and was incredibly noisy.Commuter trains were running regularly until about 11pm.Freight trains went past at 3am and 5 am and woke us up both times.
