Disliked: 15 minutes left for check out and they knocked on my door asking for the key

This place could be better....

Liked: Liked: I liked the Battles Neighborhood Market, the Mexican restaurant and barbershop across the street on McClelland Street. It's a nicer property than the crime-ridden motel across the street.
Disliked: Disliked: the dangerous zone of the city that this business creates for us all. It's like a red zone area in the Netherlands, taboo happenings everywhere - only for adults 21 years of age and up There's schools nearby, for Pete's sake.

Decent and pleasant stay overall...

Liked: Liked: Room 117 being A.D.A. accessible. Plus it has a neat little kitchenette area in the back next to the bathroom.
Disliked: One of the windows in the bathroom lacks privacy and they should fix that soon. Just offering some helpful and kind advice. Decent and pleasant stay overall.

Had to check out early...

Liked: Nothing. Since room was prepaid, stayed in a room that was the "best" of the 3 rooms I was shown and stayed only 3 nights.
Disliked: Rooms smelled of dust when heater turned on. My allergies flared as there were other odors in the room, not sure what they were
