Liked: Lovely hotel in a beautiful location.Staff are attentive and always happy to help.Food was wonderful and the whole trip was good value for money.
Disliked: The rooms we were in were a little dated with things like the carpet bar being lifted and a little sharp. We also had few toiletries compared to the other room we had which was odd. I had to rinse the bath out before using it as it had black flecks in the bottom. All really minor things though and the hotel was lovely.

Disappointing

Liked: Location and friendly staff. They were quick to offer another room when the light was found not to work. But my daughter didn’t want to so we said we’d manage, we then found the TV controller was missing and the staff quickly got us a replacement. Then realising that the broom hadn’t been cleaned and there was damage. I asked to change room and they helped us to do so, even carrying our bags.
Disliked: The bathroom wasn’t cleaned so the previous occupants towels and rubbish were present. The door was also broken to the bathroom. The top hinge was not attached to the frame. The bulb on the main light had blown and the TV controls were missing.
