Liked: Room too hot, mould around bath. Bathroom door saturated with damp unadjustable radiator. Generally tired.

Disliked: Pubic hair on the bath and shower area when attempting to run my child a bath absolutely disgusting

Disliked: Frosty reception from the young receptionist. Left standing for a few minutes, then no 'hello' or 'welcome'. Dirty sheets in the wardrobe, dog hair covered on the floor. We paid for addition of breakfast at time of check in, however this was not passed onto the breakfast staff who asked us for further payment. I went to take an apple from the fruit bowl at breakfast and pulled out a rotten one, which had obviously been there for weeks. It was brown, mouldy and soft. The fruit bowl does not get cleaned out.

Liked: We had dinner at the hotel on the first night and we all thought the food was delicious. The lounge area has lovely couches and comfortable chairs. The bed was very comfortable . The pool was good with the sauna and steam room.
Disliked: The heating was on in the corridors even though it was very warm outside and that made it very uncomfortable. Although we did manage to get a fan from Reception it didn't help so we didn't get much sleep on the 2 nights we were there.
