Great place for a couple...

Liked: Small suite…great for 3 of us. Double beds and very comfortable

Would stay again.

Liked: WE got an upgrade to the cottage which was just wonderful. Wish we could have stayed for longer. The cottage was 3 bedroom with full kitchen & laundry. Very nicely renovated. We didn't hear any traffic in our bedrooms. From what we saw of the other rooms, they were spacious & very nicely done.
Disliked: Unfortunately it is located on a tight corner so exiting the driveway doesn't have good vision.

Liked: Very clean. Cute. Room was well supplied.
Disliked: There is no air conditioning. However, we found the fan to be very comfortable.

Liked: Very cozy, clean and comfortable space in the room.Real value for money....hotel is well located....staffs were absolutely lovely and helpful. Thankyou for making Our unplanned trip to nanaimo so comfortable.

Disliked: The room looked clean initially until a mouse showed up out from nowhere in the evening! The staff has put a couple of sticking traps at two places in the room, and told us she will sent a maintenance person to follow up the next morning. But nothing happened until we checked out!

Liked: Great location next to the ferry terminal so perfect for our early departure to Vancouver. Room was clean and comfortable with thoughtful amenities and a BBQ area at the back. It was much nicer than I had expected.
Disliked: Nothing.
