Disliked: No TV working no view just a wall staff not helpful we couldn't have an evening meal as the restaurant was closing 9pm and so was the bar on a Friday evening .We didn't stay we walked out it was so dated and dirty

Interesting visit.

Liked: The helpfulness of the staff was second-to-none. Sara, who served us in the restaurant was beyond impressive in delivering excellent customer service, and made the visit for us. Aaron on check-in also went above and beyond in dealing with our request for another room. An efficient and friendly check-out with Christie, all made for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, but it is the pleasantness and the professionalism of the staff that make the place!
Disliked: The steps. Stairs and steps everywhere! Perhaps a walkway of some description near the entrance? Not everyone is fully mobile. Also softer lighting in the conservatory area for evening dining. Was very bright.
