Spacious room

Liked: Room was clean. Heat pump did its job. Quiet unit. You'll want a shower head like the one in the bathroom...amazing. Proprietors were good at communicating via Booking.com App.
Disliked: Had to request clean towels and ask for the bathroom sink to be fixed. Both were done.

Disliked: carpets smelt damp, wasn’t a pleasant stay

Liked: The second room we had was clean. The bathroom was ok
Disliked: The first room was for a wheelchair in the bathroom it needed a good a good clean especially the shower area. The second didn't have electric blankets. The heat pump was on 30 degrees all the time but didn't really heat the that well

For the price paid for...

Liked: For the price paid for a 2 bedroom apartment it was good (fit for purpose), nothing flash or ritzy, but we only wanted it for a base while we explored Rotaroua! There is a small sitting area, which 4 of us could sit in comfortably.
Disliked: It wasn’t anything special- but absolutely fine for what we needed for one night.
