Stylish hotel with lovely outdoor...

Liked: Stylish hotel with a wonderful pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Good breakfast; I liked the eco values. Good connections to city centre.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have expresso / latte included in price of breakfast - usually it is at this price. Also, it didn't match eco credentials to have disposable rather than actual cups for the room. I used the glass instead but was scared it would crack...

Liked: Lovely hotel, the pool area could have been cleaner with lots of hair & crumbs on seats. General feel of the place is lovely, rooms nice but hot overnight. Break yummy - but charged for coffee which felt a bit cheap considering room rate. Overall enjoyed my stay & would stay again

Disliked: Breakfast was very crowded and each day they said it was not included when it was included in my rate through booking.com. Far from the metro and was a long walk from train!!!! Good restaurant for dinner.

Liked: Nice location. Bike rental option at the hotel is very convenient.
Disliked: Hotel is not clean. Long queue at breakfast. Tables at the restaurant are not being cleaned before the next guests take their table. Carpet at places where guests take food from the buffet and of course spill food sometimes. Carpets at the reception and in the restaurant are gross. Restaurant is too small to host all guests. Understaffed team not experienced in managing a hotel.
