Liked: Bed was fantastic
Disliked: I booked with a bath ,but never got that . So $200 for less than 12hrs is really disappointing

Liked: Comfortable modern room, all OK but nothing to write home about. This is an attractive historic hotel, with a large extension added on much later.
Disliked: After a long day, I was hoping that the restaurant and bar would be open but no luck, the place was dead. Fortunately there was a good place to eat across the road (Fat Sallys).

Liked: Classic old Victorian hotel beautifully renovated. Clean and sumptuous. Great location in CBD and within walking distance of oamaru’s historic harbour street.

Liked: After some shuffling around, the room we stayed in was great. No 19I expect any of the rooms in the old part of the hotel are quite appealing. Those in the new part, not so much
Disliked: We booked a room with a sea view but the room we were initially allocated only had a glimpse of the sea if you leaned out the window.The staff were happy for us to change to a much better room.
