Will stay again if ever...
Liked: The owner is FANTASTIC!!! Very clean and comfy rooms.
Disliked: Not seeing aliens or bears while there!!!

Would stay again.
Liked: Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks in the evening. Nice location close to town.

Liked: The owner resides on-site and is very accommodating. My husband & I booked for our honeymoon, along with my best friend & her husband for her birthday (the same weekend). We got there after dark, but were met and checked in immediately, given a briefing of how to contact them, & led to our rooms, being given a brief tour along the way. We called down for some ice, and were met with ice and a smile very quickly. Stayed the weekend, and met some great people. The structure is being revamped and our rooms had updated amenities. Soft plush blankets; overfilled soft pillows; beautifully crafted furniture. 10/10 recommend. We will DEFINITELY book here any time we hit Eureka Springs!

Liked: The owners were so nice and attentive. I love the dogs that hang around. The rooms were a good size with 5 people staying in them.
Disliked: The tub could use some gripping strips. It was a little slippery.

Just a place to shower...
Liked: The location was great in relation to what we were doing in Eureka Springs. The motel is old ( still uses an actual metal key to enter the room..dead bolt lock did not work) but had been remodeled. New bath fixtures, new flooring. Very clean
Disliked: The facility did not have wifi or any type of breakfast. When we arrived around 7:15 pm. no one in the motel office. I called the number, and someone came up to check me in. I had to sign a form about leaving the room furniture in good condition, and if the bathe linen was soiled, we would be charged for replacing them.The attendant was very congenial and helpful. I asked for extra towels, which were provided. The attendant asked if we needed the room serviced. I said to replenish towels the next day. When we arrived back to the motel the second evening,the towels had not been replenished, but we still had some extra from the first day, so we made do. The room had not been serviced at all. Beds were not made nor had the garbage been emptied. We never did see the attendant after checking in. Dropped the real keys in the metal box outside the office the morning we left around 9:30 am.
