Disliked: My room had bed bugs, I did not stay but half the first night. Still have not received my refund

Liked: Room was ok and clean
Disliked: Had to call a number to get someone to come to the lobby at 4:30 on a Sunday. Couldn't find my reservation. Breakfast was space for 2 to eat cereal in the lobby. Handle fell off the sink in the bathroom. Water was not hot enough to take a shower. some electrical non-functioning. Heat did not seem to work. Place obviously caters to long term rentals.They have painted and cleaned but the furniture is old and missed matched from room to room. Bedding was worn with a hole in the upper sheet.

Should be shut down!

Liked: The room was disgusting! The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Nothing about the room looked like their website. This place is very deceiving when you look at the website and very disgusting. The good news is I had my own linens, slippers and towels! NEVER again!
