Perfect Stay in the Heart...

Liked: Everything was perfect! The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is incredibly central—perfect for exploring Brussels on foot. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Good location, could do with...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The rooms on the top floor have a weird round window that is too high to look through .Aldo the pictures show a walk-in shower, there was a bathtub with a very low sloped wall next to it that made showering uncomfortable.One of the “clean” towels had red stains.

Great breakfast!

Liked: We booked this hotel for the second time, remembering how wonderful the breakfast was and it didn't disappoint. The location is good and the staff very friendly.
Disliked: The room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I found a bunch of cookie/break crumbs near the bedside table. It was enough to tell what food it had been... very disappointed with the cleaning. I called reception and they sent someone up to vacuum it up but I really just wanted to change rooms, they didn't offer.

Hotel is ok, city sucks.

Liked: Room is nice, location and parking.
Disliked: Protests around the hotel, drunk people screaming at the streets, drug users everywhere, homeless people and trash everywhere. Brussels unfortunately is an ugly trash bin nowadays, not pleasant, not tasty. It doesn’t worth it to come here.
