Liked: Plenty of amenities available, Good and neat and clean rooms, bathrooms and good seaside view from the backyard of the hotel. Breakfast was also fine. And good swimming pool. Staff were very humbled and welcoming
Disliked: Wifi was not available, and receptionist didn't tell us before our arrival. As internet was very essential for us. Though we used mobile internet, but signals of our mobile network were not great.

Disliked: Rooms are tired and the bathroom had mould around the shower. The towel holders were rusty.

Disliked: Mattress was terrible... Glad we only had to stay for a nightSwimming pool is too small in relation to what we perceive looking at the pictures... It was also not clean on the day we went and staff informed us about that.

Great family short break.

Liked: Lovely hotel overlooking the sea. Nice outside garden & inside pool. Room was spacious. Friendly staff. Good breakfast & dinner.

Unacceptable Hygiene and Zero Support

Liked: The location was good, looks nice from outside
Disliked: The room was extremely unclean. There were hairs all over and inside the beds, and the toilet and shower were dirty, also covered in hair. It was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. When I reported this to the reception, they simply handed me a new duvet at the front desk—they didn’t even bring it to the room, clean the bathroom, or offer to change our room. It was a truly awful experience for my family, and incredibly disappointing.

Liked: Great breakfast and lovely to be able to use the swimming pool. The location by the sea was really nice.
Disliked: Our room in the car park. The bathroom window had no blind and it felt like, when dark, we could be seen in the shower. Also, the ceiling was extremely creaky which woke us up if the upstairs guests came in later than us or went to the toilet etc. during the night. We found three large spiders in the room and the mugs were dusty.
