Very good

Liked: The lady who checked us in was amazing. She helped us with transportation info, drinks for purchase and took time to tell us about the property.
Disliked: The location was blocks from the train station which was easy to get to but crowded, north of the hotel. A block south was a college and less crowded. Some neighboring buildings had graffiti but our hotel was well maintained and we felt safe. We drove and kept our car parked in the gated lot the entirety of our stay. There was construction going on down the block but we didn't hear it. We did have some intermittent Internet issues, but they resolved quickly.

Excellent Location at a Reasonable...

Liked: Stayed here for several nights with our family of 6. Really appreciate the family room which provided enough space for everyone. It’s tough to find hotels that offer a room that accommodates 6 people.In terms of location it’s close to train station and very walkable to old town Munich. The immediate area around the hotel isn’t the nicest though… lot of strip clubs around. Never felt unsafe but just something to be aware of.

Great facilities & hotel but...

Liked: I really liked the rooms of this place. It was comfy and clean and the staff were friendly and accomodating. The rooms were massive and felt private for 6 people as the beds were in seperate areas of the room.
Disliked: Honestly - if you are travelling with elderly people or young kids/family, this is not the location for you. It is directly down a red light district which I didn’t realise upon booking. We arrived at 10pm and while it was only a 10 min walk from the station, it was down a very sketchy area lined with strip joints. It felt very unsafe at night. There was a police car just down the road (a block away) searching people in the area upon our arrival which also indicated it was a sketchy area. It felt safer in the morning, but still unsafe overall. There are nicer areas in Munich.

Comfortable beds!

Liked: Excellent location and very comfortable beds. We were traveling as a family with our four-year-old child, and in some other places, the child's bed is usually either a pull-out sofa or a folding cot but in here, our child had a bed just as comfortable as the adults, so thank you so much for that.
Disliked: We arrived in the morning and the check-in time was quite late.
