Liked: Overall, motel was acceptable.
Disliked: Motel wasn't notified of booking. Staff didn't know how to take care of situation, even though they could see the booking. Staff had no contact information and didn't know how to handle the issue. Double charge was their answer, or charged as a no show.Neither situation was accurate or acceptable. I had to do the work and get resolved with booking company. Poor training for staff

Disliked: The bathroom was small, and the bed was too firm for my liking.

Liked: The breakfast was just fine. Mostly coffee, juice, cereal and pastries, but they also had a hot option if you asked the staff.
Disliked: The bathroom fixtures are somewhat dated and the tile needs to be replaced in the shower.

Disliked: Everything fulfilled what we was needing during our stay no complaints

Poor value for money and...

Disliked: When we checked in we were told we had booked a smoking room, which was not the case. The only non smoking room available was a king room rather than 2 beds as we had requested. The room was clean but the decor was very shabby and paint peeling from the walls. There were no facilities or cups to make a hot drink, despite there being a microwave and fridge in the room. The continental breakfast mainly comprised pre packaged cakes and pastries, nothing wholesome. We were very disappointed given that the average rating on booking.com indicated a much better value for money experience.

Clean accommodations ~ good location...

Liked: Room nicely upgraded, great hot water and water pressure! Did not partake in breakfast offered.
Disliked: Stairs to 2nd floor where room was situated need to be replaced ~ not only are they an eyesore they are also dangerous.I would suggest a metal double stairway attached to side of building for accessing the 2nd floor. Current stairway looks like the plank on a pirate ship.
