Liked: It is centrally located within the town and not far from all facilities and the availability of a parking pass for the nearby town car park. The breakfasts were good and the staff very obliging.
Disliked: Stairs quite steep and no lift

Liked: A pleasant, decent sized room in a good fairly central location. Parking voucher for the main (only?) central car park. Being told in advance that the (booked) restaurant wouldn't be open on the first evening as the chef was sick.
Disliked: The stairs to reach the room were a little cramped.

Staff were friendly and helpful....

Liked: This is a fabulous hotel and central to the centre of Dartmouth. The young lady from Blackpool (?) who was quite new to the job, was very friendly and helpful and always smiling. It was lovely chatting to her throughout breakfast and on reception. The food was delicious as well. Thanks and hopefully be back again next term for the Dartmouth ball.
