Liked: Broughton Craggs is a lovely family run hotel which is perhaps in need of a little updating. We love to support the independents when we can. Everything here was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a spacious, quiet room with fabulous views and generous supplies of tea/coffee/biscuits. The breakfasts were great - plenty to eat and served very hot. The location worked well for us and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: This lovely hotel could only be improved with a bit of redecoration. It's looking a little tired, but functions well and is in a fabulous location.

Relaxing, Great for littles ones

Liked: The property is really big and my toddler could just crawl around and be safe as it was that roomy and spacious he wasn't in any danger
Disliked: Nothing we didn't really like. Everyone there was really helpful and lovely. Only thing I can say is need bigger bins in the family room with having nappies to bin but that's being really picky.

Liked: Beautiful location, very friendly staff, excellent food. We had an evening meal and the breakfast- both were delicious and great value for money.
Disliked: Faded grandeur… the interior needs a bit of updating cosmetically. Nothing we didn’t like though. Would stay again.
