Great experience.

Liked: Room was great and quirky to say the least but very nice, bathroom was ok but not on the same level as the room itself. Food was great and breakfast was plentiful.
Disliked: More choice of alcoholic beverages would add to more satisfaction.

Lovely hotel with amazing hosts

Liked: Hotel and staff were amazing- Alex & Michelle make you feel very welcome and give that home from home atmosphere.The hotel decor was very stylish and the grounds provide a lovely walk with a lot of art sculptures to admire - not to mention Alex’s film memorabilia
Disliked: Unfortunately, during my stay (Thursday/Friday) they were preparing for a big party/rave on the Saturday which meant that no breakfast was available and furniture being moved around at late hours whilst they prepared which kept me awake..They had told me after I booked that the restaurant was closed so no dinner available, however made no mention that kitchen & bar would also be closed due to preparations for the party!!
