Superb

Frustrating WIFI, nice pool

Liked: pool great
Disliked: We couldn't connect to WIFI in our room, very unsatisfactory as we needed to check into 2 flights for the next day and complete electronic return declarations. Please fix the WIFI. As 4 single adults, we needed 4 separate beds, the 4th trundle bed had not been made up.

A bit disappointing and found...

Liked: Staff were very easy to work with.
Disliked: We couldn't use the microwave, When turned on, it kept throwing out all of the power points. Fire alarm went off for no reason in the middle of the night.

Poor

Good rooms, let down by...

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean, spacious. Good aircon. Good breakfast included .
Disliked: Wifi was poor ( in room 22). Explorer bus stop conveniently outside resort but they were only running once hourly and resort was 3- km from town and 4+ km from cable Beach

Pleasant

Liked: The location suited us as we were able to walk to the supermarket and van hire depot. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Room and facilities were clean but a bit old and tired

Quite and comfortable

Liked: Ok very basic but we don’t have much for breakfast anyway
Disliked: Tv size and internet services

Good

Liked: Continental breakfast was good. Pool was very enjoyable.
Disliked: Access to any shopping was a fair distance with limited transport to and from.
