Liked: Great location. Very clean well maintained pool area.
Disliked: Fridge wasn't working, unable to have it repaired/replaced for the week we were there.Office was unattended more times than not.

Liked: Perfect location in walking distance of some great cafes, restaurants, and cable beach
Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest of places with dirty/burnt plates, someone's sock from a previous visit, and for a unit it did not have enough plates/bowls for 3 people

Liked: We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit. There was a pool.
Disliked: The staff was rude. Told us shell charge our outstanding amount to our credit card although we did not have anything outstanding. We were also told that even though we got upgraded, we are not allowed to use the entire unit. And the pool got locked at sunset, which is around 5.40pm. I would have booked elsewhere if I knew beforehand that we had very limited access to the pool.
