Lovely countryside setting and views

Liked: Room nicely decorated and overlooked a scenic landscape. Bed very comfortable and modern style bathroom. Entrance and grounds nicely kept and greeted by a lovely dog on arrival in reception.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been cooked better and of higher quality food. It was quite expensive and more so if unliked and also made to order rather than a buffer help yourself style. Would have preferred to attend breakfast whenever during the available time rather than having to give a time on arrival due to limited space.

Liked: Most of the time the staff were very friendly. Not bad sized rooms and grounds looked large in comparison.
Disliked: Mostly friendly staff , a few short encounters . When i got people in the room next to me it sounded like there was only plaster board walls as i could hear the light going on and off , the person peeing , the other rooms tv and him coughing ALL night . I spent time asking about adding meals to my stay and then it was a problem when i went to do this so i brought from a supermarket and went to room instead of causing an issue . Also on one morning there was a gardener working on the beds outside my window at not much after 7am which i feel us a little to early .

Delightful Experience

Liked: On entering the hotel we were greeted & coffee was supplied whist our room was getting ready as we were early.The staff were so friendly & attentive, our room THE WOODPECKER was AMAZING!!!The evening meal was delicious & there was a choice. Our breakfast choice was excellent & cooked to perfection.
Disliked: It was all good.
