Liked: Nice selection of breakfast items to choose from. Staff kept everything stocked and cleaned. The room was very clean and roomy. Staff was very friendly. Will more than likely stay here again!
Disliked: One thing I will mention is that the air unit in our room kept cutting on and off throughout the night. I wish it stayed on instead of cutting off for "X" amount of time. This could have been just user error, but when the AC was running, it kept the room nice and cool just the way my husband and I like it.

Liked: very clean and welcoming.
Disliked: the traffic outside was louder than i expected it to be. not much room to park and blind corner car flying through almost slammed right into us.

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable and close to builtmore.
Disliked: That the bed wasn't attached to the head board. I leaned back on to the bed and it moved out from under me. And the chair slid on the floor way to easily. It almost slid out from under my husband when he went to sit down. Other then that we had no complaints.

Liked: Roomy, comfortable bed. Very close to Biltmore and economical. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed in the handicap room. The soap dish was a wire rack, the soap fell through it and my husband could not bend down to get the soap. Not practical.

Disliked: staff wasn't helpful in finding a restaurant closeby when I got there. I would think that would be common question.
